San Juan Deposit Evaluation

Initial evaluation appointment for patients interested in cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin (Botox), facial fillers, harmonization, biostimulators, or other treatments. The doctor will evaluate your face, medical history, expectations, and needs to determine the most appropriate and personalized treatment.

Approximate duration: 40 to 60 minutes

Important policies:

• You have 15 minutes to arrive on time. After this time, the appointment is considered canceled with no refund .

• The deposit is required to schedule and is non-refundable under any circumstances , including cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.

• The cost of treatments is not included in this appointment. You will be provided with a personalized quote based on the plan designed for you.
